WhatsApp marketing software: the three kinds, and which one fits
Everything sold as “WhatsApp marketing software” is one of three things. They differ enormously in cost, control and risk, and the right choice depends on who you are messaging.

When the official API is the right answer
If you are a registered business sending order confirmations, appointment reminders or support replies to customers who gave you their number, use the official API. It is the only option with no ban risk, and the per-conversation pricing is reasonable at that scale. It is the wrong answer for cold outreach: templates need approval, and Meta will not approve marketing to people who did not opt in.
When a cloud platform is the right answer
A cloud platform gives you a browser dashboard, team logins and a number linked to their server. The convenience is real. The two costs are the subscription, which never ends, and the fact that your number is sending from a data-centre IP shared with every other customer — when one of them behaves badly, the fingerprint is shared too.
When a desktop app is the right answer
A desktop app such as BotMaster Plus runs on your own Windows machine. Your numbers send from your own connection (or a proxy you choose per account), your lists and reports stay on your disk, and you pay once. It suits people who run their own campaigns and want full control: agencies, resellers, shop owners, anyone who has been burned by a platform closing their account.

No. BotMaster Plus is a Windows application (Windows 10 and 11).
Can my team use it?
Each licence is tied to one computer. For several people, buy a licence per machine, or ask about the Reseller edition if you issue licences to others.
