WhatsApp bulk sender: how to send at volume without losing your numbers
A “bulk sender” is easy to build and easy to get banned with. The difference between the two is pacing, variation and warm numbers — this page explains each, and how BotMaster Plus handles them.
What a WhatsApp bulk sender does
At its simplest, a bulk sender takes a list of phone numbers and a message and sends that message to each number from a WhatsApp account you control. Most tools stop there. That is also why most numbers used with them are banned within days: a brand-new account sending the same text to five hundred strangers in an hour looks exactly like spam, because it is.
A sender that is meant to be used for more than one campaign has to do three more things: make the messages differ, make the timing look human, and spread the load across several numbers that have a normal history behind them.
Why numbers get banned
| Signal | What WhatsApp sees | What to do instead |
|---|---|---|
| Identical text | Hundreds of byte-for-byte identical messages from one account | Variants, spintax and per-recipient placeholders so no two messages match |
| Machine timing | One message every 2.0 seconds, for an hour | Random delays, rest periods, sending windows |
| Cold account | A number registered yesterday with no chats, suddenly broadcasting | Warm it first — a few days of ordinary two-way traffic |
| Recipients who report you | “Block and report” taps from people who never asked to hear from you | Message people who opted in, and give them a way to say no |
| Dead numbers | Sends to numbers that are not on WhatsApp | Filter the list first and drop the ones that fail |
No tool removes the risk. What a good one does is stop you tripping the obvious signals by accident.
How BotMaster Plus sends
- Several numbers, one campaign. Link as many accounts as you have, then send in rotation (each message from the next account) or simultaneously. One number having trouble does not stop the others.
- Messages that vary. Write two or more variants; add spintax like
{Hi|Hello|Hey}; drop in placeholders such as the recipient's first name. Every message is assembled fresh. - Human pacing. Minimum and maximum delay between messages, a rest after every N sends, and a live log so you can watch the first few go out and adjust.
- Number filtering. Before a campaign, check which numbers are actually on WhatsApp and which are business accounts, so you are not wasting sends or attracting attention with failures.
- Attachments that arrive properly. Images, video, voice notes, PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, each sent with the right type.
- A report at the end. HTML summary and a CSV with the result for every recipient, written to your own disk.
Desktop app, not a cloud service
BotMaster Plus runs on your Windows PC. Your numbers stay linked to your machine, your contact lists never leave it, and there is no monthly platform fee. The licence checks in with us periodically and keeps working for a grace period if it cannot — a few days offline will not stop a campaign.
The trade-off is honest: your computer has to be on while a campaign runs, and you are responsible for how you use it. Sending unsolicited bulk messages is against WhatsApp's terms and remains the fastest way to lose a number, whatever software you use.
Try it on your own numbers

Is a WhatsApp bulk sender legal?
Software that sends messages is legal to own and use. What matters is what you send and to whom: marketing law in most countries requires consent, and WhatsApp's own terms prohibit unsolicited bulk messaging. Message people who agreed to hear from you.
How many messages can I send per day?
There is no safe fixed number. A well-warmed number with varied messages and human pacing can do far more than a cold one sending identical text. Start low, watch the results, and increase gradually.
Does it use the official WhatsApp Business API?
No. BotMaster Plus links ordinary WhatsApp accounts the same way WhatsApp Web does, on your own computer. There is no per-message fee and no template approval, but the account-ban risk described above applies.
Can I send from more than one number at once?
Yes. Link several accounts and choose rotation or simultaneous sending. Each account runs independently.
